Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes an item doesn't work out. We have a 14-day return policy for if your item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item.

You have the option for us to exchange the item if faulty or you can have a refund or store credit. To be eligible for a refund or store credit your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the correct return address. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and have the correct item sent to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants perishable beauty products), and personal care goods and personalised items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items unless faulty or gift cards.

Refunds and Store Credits

You have the option for a refund or a store credit for faulty items or and can exchange items that didn't work out for any reason.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will be sure to notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or store credit if chosen has been approved. Once approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Once you have returned your item, it will be inspected. 

If you opt for a refund, this will attract a small administration fee of $8aud which will be offset against your funds returned. Please note postage fees paid are not refundable or redeemable.

If you opt to receive store credit instead, we do not charge the fees above. The store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.

We do currently send all items to you at no charge. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and please note that cardboard packaging does time to time get damaged in transit and damage to packaging is not considered damaged product and we also understand if this gets damaged on the way to us if you are returning. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

It shall be considered at your responsibility to add the correct address details at the time of order and once an order has been placed, we work hard to have your item processed as quickly as possible in order to have items delivered as quickly as possible to you.

The availability of free items/ bonus items such as a DIY resizing tool to shorten your watch strap or gift box / travel case or bonus watch covers are subject to change. Some orders may not contain the tool if it is out of stock, as this may cause the order to be delayed.
